Job description
- Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude
- Display leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasks
- Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level of customer services during job preparation and execution
- Provide administrative support to Technical services department
- Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutions
- Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)]
- Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office
- Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests
- Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects
- Contact clients and schedule various environmental services
- Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients

Requirements
- Bachelors or Associates degree required
- Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
