Principal Enterprise Data Architect

• You'll define and drive Donaldson's enterprise data architecture by:
• Developing the enterprise data strategy and roadmap
• Designing scalable cloud-based data architectures and platforms
• Leading Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
• Building trusted, governed data solutions for analytics and AI
• Establishing enterprise data governance, quality, and architecture standards
• Partnering with business leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Architecting modern data solutions using Snowflake, Azure, Oracle, APIs, and streaming technologies
• Serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise data investments and strategy, * Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.).
• Donaldson will not offer immigration sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
• International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.

• 10+ years of experience in Data or Enterprise Architecture
• 3+ years of Snowflake experience
• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
• Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, MDM, and Data Governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS experience
• AI/ML data platform experience
• Cloud or data architecture certifications
