Job description
Under minimal supervision, the Data Specialist II is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data. This role is also responsible for ensuring all operational data is entered and/or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day., * Communicate daily with driver(s) on designated communication platforms regarding missing time clock entries.
- Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in/check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS information
- Validation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) data
- Manage cases and confirm/close-out customer tickets daily
- Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs
- Landfill reconciliation, Area disposal reporting, update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed
- Shared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records

Requirements
Candidates must currently reside in Texas or Oklahoma. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Opus and MAS software., * High School Diploma (accredited)
- 2 years in a data analyst role
