How you will contribute
- Leads teams on complex projects by: setting clear direction, establishing clear expectations, ensuring quality of client / project team deliverable development
- Decomposes complex issues, frames solution design and architects deliverables against SOW requirements
- Ensures deliverables are complete, error free, communicated clearly and on time
- Rapidly develops understanding of client's business
- Anticipates, assesses and identifies areas of potential risk and issues, and develops mitigation plans
- Actively seeks to find current client needs that may lead to new opportunities for A&M
- Actively promotes a positive and inclusive team environment that embraces the unique attributes of all team members
- Coaches others to act and deliver in the best interests of our clients
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant industry and consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Outcome oriented
- Entrepreneurial and commercial approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to address strategic issues and act tactically understanding cross-functional requirements
- Comfortable with travel

Thesalaryrange is $150,000- $225,000annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details .
