  • Design, develop, and test embedded software throughout its lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Lead software engineering execution, including planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Manage project cost, schedule, and performance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with Linux-based or bare-metal real-time software development.
  • Strong object-oriented design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with version control and project management tools like Git, Jira, and GitLab.
  • Knowledge of Ada programming and GUI development using Qt/QML.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and compliance processes.
  • Understanding of military/commercial design standards and weapon systems.
