Job description
Raytheon Field Engineering is seeking a Configuration Analyst to support the Trident Integrated Support Facility (ISF) program, based out of Pittsfield, MA. This position will work as part of the Logistics and Production Control (LPC) Team, under direction from the LPC team lead, and will provide support for configuration management activities associated with a manufacturing/repair facility for precision aerospace hardware.
What You Will Do

Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials in support for factory activities.

Creation/Maintenance of technical data packages (Repair Plans, Vendor TDP, BOE) Inventory Control Support.

Data Transmission for configuration, performance, and hardware status Preparation of Acceptance Packages for customer submittal.

Impact analysis for changes in contract requirements documentation Creation/Review of Quality History Packages.

Analysis of Factory Operation Systems and coordination between functions for continuous improvement.

Coordinate and prepare all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with government and company regulations.
Requirements
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

- Experience reading engineering drawings.
- Experience with production flow and recommending efficiency.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interface with people of multiple disciplines and job functions, including engineers, program managers, production personnel, and outside vendors.
- A self-starter willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to manage projects; schedules, budgets, and priorities.
- Current Active Security Clearance.
- Prior work experience working on or in a military/government related position.
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
