Platform Consultant - Java & Infrastructure automation

In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Develop diagnostic tools, establish monitoring protocols, and resolve complex incidents through root cause analysis while ensuring SLA adherence and creating action plans to prevent recurrence Conduct detailed IT infrastructure evaluations and due diligence across multiple tracks, identify gaps and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend tailored enhancements and validate infrastructure details Create scalable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure solutions Optimize deployment processes, ensure environment readiness, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to creation of deployment documentation Develop and implement robust change management protocols to minimize risks, analyze proposed changes, and ensure smooth integration of system and technology updates Analyze and enhance system performance by implementing advanced monitoring tools, addressing capacity needs, and designing solutions to prevent bottlenecks Implement security measures and disaster recovery strategies including risk assessments Identify opportunities for process optimization, design and implement automation tools, and evaluate their impact to enhance efficiency and productivity Collaborate with multi-vendor and cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and document project activities Create specialized knowledge repositories, document methodologies, and drive learning to preserve organizational insights and enhance team efficiency

Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements Sector specific expertise for high quality project delivery A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends Proficiency in deployment management, system optimization, and security compliance Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive automation and process improvement. Strong communication and documentation skills to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, * Hands On experience on Terraform - authoring reusable modules, managing remote state and workspaces, and structuring multi-environment infrastructure - paired with strong Java and Spring Boot for building scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.

• Ability to produce and maintain technical design documents, Blueprint documentation etc.

• Deep understanding of Core Java and REST API design skills.

• Working knowledge of API gateways (Kong, AWS API Gateway etc.).

• Knowledge about CI and CD using GIT, Jenkins, Ansible, JIRA etc., * Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness within key executive stakeholders in client organization;

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills *Knowledge on automation design, development, implementation, operation improvement and debug in multi cloud environments

• Experience in threat modelling and security architecture reviews for new systems and API integrations

• Experience in defining zero-trust networking principles, secrets management, and data classification frameworks

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
