Full Stack Developer

• Feature development - Building new functionalities that improve the Twizzit experience for clubs and users.
• Platform maintenance - Keeping the system stable, fast, and reliable across all environments.
• Bug fixing - Investigating issues, solving them efficiently, and preventing them from returning.
• Code collaboration - Working closely with other developers, designers, and teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Technical optimisation - Improving performance, security, and scalability to support Twizzit's growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP + Symfony and Doctrine ORM
• Proven experience with React, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Comfortable with UI frameworks and component-based development
• Solid understanding of Git, Agile/Scrum
• Experience building and consuming APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Comfortable supporting customer service teams on a shared rota

Desirable

• Knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience with Docker and containerisation
• Familiarity with microservices and state management libraries like Redux
• Experience with unit testing (front-end and back-end)
• Interest in software innovation and continuous improvement
