We are seeking an elite Analyst/Developer specializing in OpenText Exstream to join our client's team for a high-impact CCM implementation project. Your expertise will directly influence how information flows, how customers are engaged, and how business-critical documents are delivered. The stakes are high: you'll be solving complex challenges that impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance - all while working alongside other top-tier builders. What You'll Be Doing
- Gathering, analyzing, and challenging business needs across customer service, billing, operations, and communications
- Modeling and documenting CCM process flows
- Drafting functional specifications, including the creation of mockups
- Defining document composition rules (templates, conditional logic, variable content)
- Finalizing input file structures and mastering output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, CSV)
- Integrating output queues for both print and electronic channels
- Ensuring mastery of Doc Presentment for SAP and idoc input formats
- Designing and planning technical and business documentation
- Creating and executing unit and integration test cases, supporting clients during UAT
- Driving efficient quality assurance and daily deliverable reviews
- Identifying opportunities for performance optimization and cost reduction
- Providing functional support for workflows and templates in production
- Adhering to best practices in development and testing
- Participating in project status meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Proven ownership mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering impact
- Minimum 5 years' experience in OpenText Exstream, including Exstream Web applications (Workshop, Content Author, Communication Builder)
- Expertise in managing the full document lifecycle: business analysis, technical design, and testing
- Experience drafting functional specifications for CCM processes
- Programming or scripting skills (Java, Shell, Cobol, .NET)
- Mastery of Communication Server Administration, OTDS, Doc Presentment for SAP, OpenText Notifications
- Direct client communication experience with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, under pressure, and to tight deadlines
- Exceptional commitment, reliability, and a drive for continuous improvement
- French language proficiency at CEFR level C2 (must have)
- English language proficiency at CEFR level B1 (must have)
- Possession of a driving license and vehicle is preferable due to site accessibility
- Willingness to work on-site in Gosselies at least 2 days per week (full remote not possible)

- Doc Presentment for SAP, Command Center, Communication Builder, Communication Server, OTDS, WorkShop, StoryBoard, ReTouch, Supervisor
- Experience with upgrading and migrating OpenText Exstream projects
- Programming/scripting: Java, Shell, Cobol, .NET
- Debugging and error resolution
Language Proficiency
- French: CEFR Level C2 (must have)
- English: CEFR Level B1 (must have)
Other Requirements
- Freelance position with a mission until December 2026 (possible extension)
- On-site presence in Gosselies required at least 2 days per week; additional days may be requested
- Driving license and vehicle preferred due to limited public transport access
- Immediate start date preferred
