Requirements

5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including at least one full-cycle implementation

  • Real depth in Core HR plus several of Absence/Time & Labour, Performance & Goals, HR Helpdesk and Analytics

  • A business analyst's instinct for improving HR processes, not just configuring them

  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with the wider landscape, and riding the quarterly-release cycle

  • Fluent professional English and a relevant degree

  • An active (or obtainable) NATO Secret clearance

Nice to have: Oracle HCM certifications, Oracle EBS 12.2, Fusion Recruiting, or a background in consulting and large-scale transformation.

Some HR systems just keep the lights on. This one helps run an alliance of 32 nations. NATO is modernising how it manages its people on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, and we're looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM SME who wants their configuration work to genuinely matter. This isn't a keep-it-ticking support seat. You'll sit between NATO's Chief People Office and its technical teams, turning real business needs into clean, standard Oracle solutions, hands-on across Core HR, Absence, Time & Labour, Performance & Goals, HR Helpdesk, Journeys and the new wave of Agentic AI. You'll shape the configuration, prove it through testing, surface the insight through OTBI and BI Publisher, and lead the move to Redwood, with the autonomy to run your own initiative. What you'll do - Translate what NATO's HR leaders need into elegant, standard Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, not custom sprawl - Get hands-on with flexfields, profiles, journeys, AI agents, security roles, workflow and alert rules - Own testing and validation end to end, and keep defects from ever reaching users - Turn HR data into decisions with OTBI and BI Publisher - Stay ahead of Oracle's quarterly releases and lead the Redwood transition - Write the Fast Formulas that make validations and absence rules simply work
