Job description

  • Support the optimization of the structure of data Duality Quality Management (DQM) repositories

  • Assist in maintaining and updating DQM reporting tools and Power BI dashboards for effective data quality tracking

  • Document data governance policies, standards and guidelines to support consistent data practices

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking Jira updates to ensure accurateand up-to-date status tracking

  • Follow up on defects related to data management execution, helping to facilitate timely resolution

  • Participate in team meetings, workshops and data management community sessions to build knowledge and contribute to team discussions

  • Research Data Management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to support innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science or in a related field

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI, as well as familiarity with SQL

  • Strong systems -thinking mindset with the ability to understand end-to-end processes and how tools, data and stakeholders interact

  • High level of curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Structured, detail-oriented way of working and c omfortable with documentation and coordination tasks

  • Strong communication skills in English and good German skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
