Job description

In your role as Working Student Data Analytics and Data Management, you will support the team in turning data into reliable insights for daily operations, projects, and decision-making. You will help collect, structure, validate, and visualize data, maintain dashboards and reports, and contribute to improving data quality, documentation, and digital workflows. You will work with stakeholders across related teams, translate analytical needs into practical solutions, and support continuous improvement activities in data analytics, data governance, and operational excellence. This is a temporary working student position.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, computer science, engineering, business administration, natural sciences, or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in data analytics, data management, digital business solutions, and process improvement
  • You bring first practical experience with data preparation, analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation
  • You are familiar with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or similar analytics and visualization tools
  • You work carefully and independently, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and documentation
  • You are fluent (C1) in German and English, both written and spoken
  • You can translate factual information into clear insights and communicate results in a structured and understandable way
  • You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and are comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Experience with data governance, master data, automation, or digital workflow tools is desirable
