We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience or training in Microsoft and Cloud technologies to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier technical assistance and troubleshooting to end-users

Support and maintain Microsoft environments including:

Microsoft Office

Outlook
-
OneDrive
-
Exchange
-
SharePoint
-
Lync Server
-
Microsoft Windows

Handle incidents involving data formats and file compatibility

Communicate clearly with users to resolve issues efficiently What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies

Proficiency in data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.)

Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
