Screening Eagle Technologies is a merger of two companies that were founded and funded by Tectus Group: Dreamlab, a Singapore-based software and robotics company that was founded in 2015; and Proceq, a Swiss-based non-destructive testing (NDT) company that was founded in 1954. We operate world-wide with 300 ambitious Eagles. We are looking for a passionate IT professional to join an international team, being a key contact person to support our regional office in Malaga and offices worldwide. A very hands-on, experienced professional who has a great attitude and solid, proven experience in various internal IT fields, he will be working in an exciting IT environment together with specialists all around the globe This is a temporary role based in Malaga
- 1st Level Support Technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations.
- IT Administration of our Málaga office
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Provides answers to "clients" by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Improves client references and writing and maintaining documentation.
- Operate devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, LinuxOS, WinOS, ServerOS).
- Operate IT Infrastructure Systems (Active Directory, Printers, Exchange mailboxes, DNS, groups policies, VPN, network technologies and Backup).
- Support other functions as IT policies implementation, onboarding/offboarding among others.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least +3 yeas of experience in a similar role
- Confident handling of MS Office, ticket systems, Windows,Linux and Mac OS´s and mobile devices
- Excellent English skills
- Experience working in international environments is a plus
- Ability to learn new skills quickly - for example, supporting new applications, or adopting new best practices.
