Job description
- Ensuring ongoing operations and implementation of customer requirements in SAP HCM (ex. Rollout new companies).
- Adjustment of the system settings in sap HCM PA/OM.
- Coordination of internal and external colleagues to ensure the implementation of the scheduled tasks planned every 3 months.
Requirements

Experience with SAP HCM in PA and OM modules and customizing.

Experience working with customers problem-solving SAP HCM.
-
At least 4 years experience as SAP HCM Consultant.

Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM: application and user support especially in the areas of master data/organizational management as well as the connections/dependencies to the related modules (Time Management and Payroll Accounting).

Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

Organizational and very good communication skills.

Good English skills, written and spoken Nice to have:

Experience in the implementation and support in SAP HCM projects and modules.

Experience in ABAP programming.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.

Experience with interface development and integration.
-
Knowledge of data migration and conversion.
