Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IAM Analyst to support the administration, discovery, and integration of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role will involve hands-on work with IAM software, user and authorization management, and the integration of new applications into our authorization ecosystem. Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform administration, support, and configuration of IAM software solutions
- Analyze application requirements and coordinate their integration into the authorization system.
- Develop and execute testing using Postman for API validations.
- Manage user identities, roles, and synchronization processes with SCIM.
- Troubleshoot and support OAuth 2.0 authorization flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect technical information for IAM integrations.
- Maintain and update documentation in Jira and Confluence, following agile practices.
- Review and supervise data integrity and process adherence in IAM systems.
- Provide support for authorization-related incidents and requests.
- Write and execute SQL queries for user data analysis or process validation.
- Participate actively in team ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, or relevant Vocational Education and Training.

Knowledge of IAM concepts and experience in IAM software administration or support.

Experience working with authorization solutions and OAuth 2.0 frameworks.

Familiarity with APIs (REST, OpenAPI) and tools like Postman.

Understanding of JSON data formats.

Knowledge of identity management protocols, especially SCIM.

Skills to analyze and interpret technical data for IAM integrations.

Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Oracle).

Experience in user management and application configuration.

Experience working with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

English proficiency at B2-C1 level; Spanish fluency is a plus. Technologies & Tools

Applications: IAM solutions (e.g., Keycloak, SailPoint, ForgeRock).

Testing: Postman for API requests and validation.

Agile Tools: Jira and Confluence for task and knowledge management.

Databases: SQL and Oracle.
