ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs a Data Engineer in the RIKS unit, you own the data preparation, engineering, and quality assurance for Life Health reinsurance data, turning raw cedent inputs into analytics?ready portfolios.You collaborate with actuaries, underwriters, and data scientists to support pricing, underwriting, experience studies, and valuation across regional markets.You will build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure and Databricks and drive automation to shorten onboarding and refresh cycles.This role combines actuarial thinking with data engineering to transform risk analytics at scale./ph3Compensaciones / Incentivos /h3ulliReceive and validate cedent data deliveries; assess completeness and plausibility for downstream analysis /liliDesign and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for recurring and ad?hoc data deliveries /liliPrepare and structure portfolio datasets for pricing, underwriting, claims, experience studies, and valuation /liliBuild and maintain data infrastructure on Azure and Databricks, including pipelines, models, and orchestration workflows /liliPerform exploratory data analysis to detect anomalies and quality issues; communicate findings to stakeholders /liliAutomate and standardize data preparation workflows to reduce manual onboarding and refresh times /liliCollaborate with actuaries, underwriters, and data scientists to translate data requirements into engineering solutions /liliOwn data stewardship for portfolio data: quality standards, data dictionaries, lineage, and archiving /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliSolid understanding of Life Health reinsurance data and seriatim data structures /liliBackground in informatics, engineering, actuarial sciences, or comparable quantitative discipline /liliHands-on data engineering experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and large structured datasets /liliProficient in R and SQL (transition path to Python); Databricks experience is a plus /liliExperience with Azure data services (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse) is a plus /liliStrong analytical mindset; ability to perfo /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
