Share knowledge with the wider infrastructure team through documentation, technical overviews, and collaborative support. Qualifications Strong hands-on

experience administering Microsoft SQL Server in enterprise-scale environments. Proven background in database monitoring, backup/recovery, patching, security, and performance tuning. Experience with high-availability, resilience, and scalability across database platforms. Solid understanding of database architecture, schema design, and data integration principles. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience in complex, business-critical infrastructures with strong operational requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and engineering teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Nice to Have Experience in regulated environments, especially financial services. Exposure to DevOps / DevSecOps practices. Experience acting as a SQL Cloud Technology SME. Microsoft certifications.
