We seek a skilled, motivated FPGA engineer to spearhead FPGA development, driving technology innovation to propel Keysight's growth in the rapidly evolving test and measurement market. Define high-level FPGA concepts that are coherent with the overall system architecture Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to shape the product vision and translate it into a robust FPGA architecture. Partner with architects and developers from various projects to align on architecture, implementation, and product interaction and integration. Education: BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with a focus on FPGA. Experience: 7+ years in digital electronics, including significant experience as an FPGA architect. Proven ability to architect FPGA solutions aligned with system-level goals. Design & Architecture: Experience translating partner/customer use cases into detailed architectural blueprints, defining high-level design concepts, and architecting FPGA designs into larger software and hardware systems. FPGA Validation & Testing: Hands-on experience in FPGA validation, simulation, and static timing analysis. Digital Design: Strong understanding of digital circuit design and schematics, and how FPGA blocks and IP cores interface with broader systems. Ability to multitask, solve complex problems, and collaborate across multiple projects. Experience with QuestaSim and VHDL. Proficiency in continuous integration and version control. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology. Exposure to test and measurement equipment and applications, synchronization, and time-critical applications. Programming skills in C++, C#, or Python. Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
