How You'll Make an Impact?

As an Tech Support Service Specialist at Parser, you will be responsible for powering the IT support solutions that will help the company and its clients.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Developing workflows to automate business processes.
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
  • Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation
  • Designing training programs and workshops for the internal staff
  • Conducting regular system audits.
  • Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
  • Participating in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations.
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement., Parser may use AI-assisted tools during certain stages of the recruitment process to support operational efficiency. Our recruiting teams use AI to streamline note-taking and scheduling.

All hiring decisions are made by people, with human review and oversight.

Requirements

  • +5 years of IT system administration experience.
  • +5 years of Support and Infrastructure experience.
  • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
  • Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
  • Knowledge in cloud computing. GSuite Administration. Azure Administration.
  • Slack Administration.
  • Linux/macOS/Windows 10 advanced administration knowledge.
  • Networking intermediate knowledge.
  • Scripting/Bash/Powershell.
  • ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge.
  • Proven technical and support skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Hybrid, (2 days on-site) at Madrid ór Barcelona Parser´s Office
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
