Step into a key role as an Application Manager, driving the evolution of our CRM and broader Customer Experience suite. How your day will look like As an Application Manager, you will:

  • Manage and evolve applications within the CX Suite, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Identify business requirements and implement system enhancements (forms, workflows, data structures).
  • Lead global implementation of CX tools and oversee key system integrations (e.g., Scribe, S/4HANA, Event Management platforms).
  • Own and coordinate change requests and ensure accurate system documentation.
  • Provide second-level support and act as liaison between internal users and external service providers.
  • Train stakeholders in new processes and ensure successful adoption across teams.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical incidents in collaboration with partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure data consistency and service quality.
  • Drive key IT projects such as the new CRM initiative and Microsoft Fabric-based reporting platform.
  • Support cross-functional platforms, including Showpad and Cvent (user provisioning, SSO setup).

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with Dynamics 365 (on-premise and/or cloud) and related interfaces.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) are an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and CX systems, including provisioning, data migration, and user management.
  • Familiar with vendor coordination, project leadership, and requirements engineering.
  • Open mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and embrace innovation.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business IT or Business Administration with an IT focus.
  • Additional education in Sales & Marketing or Business Analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and fluency in English, enabling clear and effective communication with colleagues and clients.
