We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products. We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. • Software Quality and Integrity: Ensure software accuracy, consistency, and reliability by adhering to established software quality standards and procedures.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance the performance and scalability of software systems to efficiently manage large data volumes and transactions.
• Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative solutions.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, offering technical expertise and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Software Reliability and Accuracy: Track and ensure a high percentage of software bugs are detected and resolved within agreed timelines.
• Performance Metrics for Software Systems: Monitor key metrics such as average processing times and system uptime.
• Scalability and Efficiency: Lead successful implementation of scalable solutions that meet current and future business needs.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Gather feedback from product managers, data engineers, and business leaders regarding the usability and impact of software solutions.
• Innovation and Improvement: Implement new technologies or methodologies to improve the overall software infrastructure.

• Extensive knowledge of web technologies and protocols.
• In-depth experience in PostgreSQL (or similar RDBMS) development.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and applications.
• Experience with clean architectures, testing methodologies, and API development.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot and application servers such as WildFly/JBoss.
• Experience with ReactJS and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration.
• Experience with caching solutions (e.g., Redis or similar).
• Strong understanding of concurrency and multithreading.
• Knowledge of programming with AI agents and integrating AI-assisted development tools into the software workflow.
• Ability to find creative solutions for both business and technical challenges.
• Capable of being a role model in technical decision-making and solution design.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in English.
