Job description

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the MDM tool for centralized master data management in the Mobility business unit.

Analyze business and technical requirements related to the master data of the retail network.

Design the master data model and define data quality and governance rules.

Develop and implement: o Data models and validation rules o Lifecycle workflows for master data entities o User interfaces for data visualization and management o Role-based access controls and permissions

Integrate the MDM tool with internal and external systems (ERP, CRM, transactional systems) through ingestion, consolidation, and synchronization processes.

Conduct unit, integration, performance, and data quality testing.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to key users and administrators.

Deliver technical and functional documentation and support the initial adoption phase. Technology Stack

MDM Platform: Semarchy xDM (cloud deployment), other MDM tool like Informatica is a plus

Database: Oracle, PostgreSQL (optional)

Integration: REST APIs, JDBC, ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica)

Workflow & UI: Semarchy built-in workflow engine, custom UI configuration

Data Quality & Governance: Semarchy DQ rules, business rule engine

Documentation & Collaboration: Confluence, Jira, Git

Training & Support: Custom training materials, user manuals, onboarding sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing Semarchy xDM or similar MDM platforms.
- Strong understanding of master data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience integrating MDM solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and infrastructure.
- Ability to design and configure workflows, validation rules, and user interfaces.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish C1.
- Background in Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
