Data Modeler As specialist in Data Architecture and Data Modelling, you will develop a deep understanding of Pricing Core customer journeys, business capabilities and data domains. You will help translate business needs, customer outcomes and product strategy into scalable data solutions that enable efficient delivery, regulatory compliance and future platform evolution. You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that data architecture, data models and data flows support both current and future Pricing Core capabilities. The Data Modeler will have the following responsibilities: Business Analysis Develop a strong understanding of Pricing Core customer journeys, business processes and data domains. Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear data requirements and data solutions. Analyse how data flows across Pricing Core and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, simplify processes and reduce duplication. Support day-to-day Pricing Core operations by analysing data-related incidents, investigating data quality issues and resolving business queries. Data Architecture Modelling Design and maintain logical and physical data models across trade, market, reference, static and risk data domains. Define business entities, relationships and data definitions. Contribute to the evolution of the Pricing Core data architecture and ensure alignment with architecture and governance standards. Support data lineage, metadata management and data quality initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement Delivery Partner with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Quants, Product and Technology teams to understand business requirements and data challenges. Act as a trusted point of contact for questions regarding data semantics, business context and data usage across Pricing Core. Support end-to-end impact assessments for strategic initiatives and change programmes. Translate complex business requirements into practical and sustainable data solutions.

Change Continuous Improvement Drive data modelling and architecture initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers and delivery teams. Promote data standards, quality and governance across Pricing Core. Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce complexity and improve data management. Share knowledge and best practices across the organisation. Multinational Bank Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear data requirement Experience 5+ years of experience in Financial Markets Technology. Experience working with complex data environments and translating business requirements into data solutions. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders. Business Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of Financial Markets, business processes and data domains, including trade, market, reference and risk data. Ability to understand customer journeys and translate business capabilities into data requirements and solutions. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. FpML, ISDA) and data governance requirements. Technical Expertise Experience in data modelling, data architecture and end-to-end data flow analysis. Knowledge of databases, data warehouses, data lakes, APIs and distributed architectures. Familiarity with data modelling and governance databases, data warehouses, data lakes, APIs and distributed architectures. Experience with SQL, metadata management, data lineage, data quality and governance frameworks tools such as PowerDesigner, Collibra or similar platforms.
