Assist with go-lives, production cutovers, and post-deployment stabilization. Provide Tier 3 support and resolve cloud-related incidents and escalations. Collaborate with global infrastructure teams to support a follow-the-sun operating model. Work directly with customer IT teams on networking, security, connectivity, and Azure-related initiatives. Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and support procedures. Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts., Join a global SaaS organization whose solutions support customers in more than 50 countries. Serve as the primary Azure resource for the EMEA region and play a key role in strengthening regional cloud support capabilities. Work on customer-facing cloud environments that directly impact deployments, onboarding, and production operations. Collaborate with infrastructure, product, project, development, and customer-facing teams across the globe. Help drive cloud reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence. Enjoy opportunities for growth, technical development, and exposure to a global customer base.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure operations, or a related technical role. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments. Experience with Azure networking, compute, storage, Azure Active Directory, monitoring, and security. Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience supporting production systems, customer-facing applications, or hosted cloud environments. Ability to troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, networking, and connectivity issues. English language proficiency. Comfortable supporting occasional after-hours or weekend deployment activities when required for customer go-lives or production cutovers.

Nice to Have

German language skills. Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Experience working in an MSP, consulting, implementation, or multi-customer cloud environment. Experience supporting customer deployments, technical onboarding, or cloud-hosted SaaS solutions. Familiarity with Python or Bash scripting. Experience with cloud cost optimization, performance monitoring, and infrastructure automation. Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Experience working with globally distributed teams. Experience supporting both internal users and external customer IT teams.
