Setting up the online, digital, and physical work environments for (new) colleagues

Managing and maintaining our IT environment

Working on projects related to our IT environment

Managing, keeping up to date, and upgrading our systems, such as Microsoft Windows Servers, the Microsoft Active Directory environment, Microsoft Online Services, Hyper-V, RDS, Fortigate firewalls, Aruba switches, HPE servers, and other IT-related software and hardware.

You are proactive and have a hands-on mindset. In addition, you don't hesitate to take on work if it means supporting your colleagues. You enjoy learning new skills and are able to see the bigger picture. You are customer-focused and get a sense of fulfillment from solving IT challenges. In addition to more complex IT issues, you are also willing to handle day-to-day management tasks.

You also have: HBO-level work and thinking skills

At least 10 years of work experience

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 11, Windows Server, and Microsoft Cloud/Azure/Entra/Microsoft 365

Knowledge of SQL, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and PowerShell

Good basic knowledge of switches, firewalls, and networks

Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, VEEAM, and NinjaOne is a plus.

Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English

Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.

In addition, you are available to work 40 hours per week and are willing to travel to other locations as needed.
