Job description
- Helping out with System Security risk management, checking things against technical control baselines, and reporting using Rabobank's ISO27001/2 aligned System Risk Management Process (SRMP).
- Giving feedback and input on all the security design aspects for IT implementations within the department.
- Doing in-depth reviews of security documents and architecture, looking at things like LACF models, security logging and monitoring, and segmentation.
- Leading threat modeling and security risk assessment sessions.
- Turning security controls and best practices into practical actions for IT infrastructure.
- Offering solid advice on how to design and implement things securely.
- Figuring out how updates to security standards might affect the team's current designs and procedures.
- Making things clearer and more visible with metrics and dashboards.
- Being an active part of agile meetings, sharing knowledge across teams through chapters and guilds, and managing stakeholders would be a bonus!
- Creating and delivering security awareness content about IT systems to the local IT systems department.
- Helping teams get ready for both internal and external audits.
- Mentoring colleagues and working hand-in-hand with Risk professionals.
- Making sure all teams within Foundation4Tech are on the same page when it comes to risk awareness, mitigation, and processing., Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.

Requirements
- Looking for someone with previous experience in IT support, systems development, or Information Security.
- You should know your way around ISO security standards.
- We need a professional with high integrity.
- Good inter-personal skills are a must.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- You should have a proven ability to understand multicultural contexts.
Desirable Skills
- Bonus points if you have experience with Agile Systems development methodology, Database Admin/Data Engineering, or DevOps.
- Experience with technical systems risk assessment processes and methodologies would be great.
- Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus!
