UI/UX Designer

4500 The job Does designing digital products that are both easy to use and visually appealing energize you? Do you enjoy translating complex problems into clear, user-friendly interfaces? As a UI Designer, you'll work on digital solutions for a wide range of clients in the social sector and for our own SaaS solutions. You'll translate the needs of users and clients into intuitive interfaces and ensure that designs are not only visually compelling but also technically feasible. You'll work closely with developers, consultants, and Product Owners. You'll make smart use of AI, design systems, and modern design tools to work efficiently and create consistent digital products. You're curious, enjoy brainstorming ways to improve things, and contribute to the continued development of our Design Studio. This is what you will do

• Designing and improving interfaces for web applications, portals, and digital products.

• Translating user needs and client objectives into clear and consistent designs.

• Working with and further developing design systems.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and user-friendly.

• Evaluate designs for user-friendliness, accessibility, and quality.

• Coordinate design decisions with colleagues and clients.

• Smart use of AI and modern tools to accelerate and improve the design process.

• A completed bachelor's degree in Design, CMD, UX Design, or a related field.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. This is a requirement, as you will be working on digital products for Dutch clients and users and translating their needs into user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience designing digital products and interfaces.
• An affinity for design systems and accessible design.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• You work well with developers and other stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• You are curious, a strong communicator, and follow developments in digital design and AI with interest. Ample opportunities to attend events
