What you'll be doing:

- Improving cloud security, compliance and platform governance
- Optimising Azure spend through FinOps practices
- Managing CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Supporting containerised infrastructure using Docker
- Improving monitoring, observability and incident response
- Leading platform improvements, technical debt reduction and automation
- Advising architects, product teams and engineering stakeholders
- Mentoring engineers and promoting cloud engineering best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior Cloud Platform, DevOps or SRE role
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Strong Azure networking knowledge, including VNETs, WAF, Application Gateway, Load Balancers, APIM and ExpressRoute
- Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Storage and SQL
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or Bicep
- PowerShell or Bash Scripting experience
- Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline expertise
- Experience with Docker and containerised environments
- Strong understanding of Azure security, identity and compliance
- Monitoring experience with tools such as New Relic or Splunk
- A track record of supporting complex, business-critical cloud platforms
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a cloud-native platform built to support the organisation for years to come, with genuine ownership across architecture, automation, security, cost and reliability.
