Requirements

We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Engineer to join our growing Managed Services team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in keeping businesses running by resolving technical issues, restoring services and delivering an outstanding support experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills across Microsoft technologies, networking and cloud platforms while working alongside experienced engineers in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Whether you're troubleshooting user issues, managing critical incidents or helping customers get back online quickly, no two days are the same.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy problem-solving and thrive on delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

We're interested in people who enjoy technology, take pride in great customer service and are keen to develop their IT careers. You'll ideally have experience supporting Microsoft environments and troubleshooting a range of desktop, application and networking issues.
