Job description

  • Gathering and documenting business and system requirements
  • Supporting system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Managing IT assets, software licensing, and vendor relationships
  • Reviewing existing systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Analysing business and financial data to support decision-making
  • Creating dashboards, reports, and meaningful insights

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience as an IT & Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes
  • Good analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A logical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, financial systems, Agile, ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or IT asset management would be advantageous but isnt essential

We work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and department leads to identify opportunities for improvement, define system requirements, and ensure that IT solutions meet the needs of the business. The role is based in Liverpool and is full-time, permanent.
