Reed Talent Solutions is looking for a Bullhorn Platform Product Owner to lead the evolution of a key strategic platform at the heart of our recruitment offering.This is a high-impact role where you'll work across technology, operations and commercial teams to deliver real business value and enhance outcomes for clients across the public and private sectors.About the roleAs the Bullhorn Platform Product Owner, you will take ownership of Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, defining and delivering its product roadmap, ensuring it remains secure, scalable and aligned to business needs.You'll act as the bridge between stakeholders and technology teams, balancing competing priorities while ensuring the platform delivers maximum value from Reed's investment.Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Bullhorn product roadmap, backlog and releases
• Act as the technology owner, ensuring platform stability, security and scalability
• Lead demand management and prioritisation across operational, client and strategic needs
• Oversee governance of platform releases, configurations and change control
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers and technology partners
• Collaborate with architecture and data teams on integrations and reporting solutions
• Support client onboarding, implementation and migration activities
• Maintain strong governance across security, compliance and data protection
• Drive continuous improvement, adoption and optimisation of the platform
• Act as the key liaison between technology, operations and commercial stakeholders

• Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role
• Proven experience managing business-critical SaaS platforms
• Strong product roadmap, backlog and stakeholder management capability
• Experience working with suppliers, vendors and implementation partners
• Ability to balance operational support with strategic development
• Excellent communication and influencing skills

Desirable:

• Experience with Bullhorn, Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms
• Background in recruitment, workforce management or HR technology
