Job description
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support across our business.
- Administer our Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
- Support and maintain our core business systems, including ERP, CRM, and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Work alongside external IT providers to resolve technical issues and deliver system improvements.
- Support our IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Assist with the implementation and rollout of new business systems and technology projects.
- Support our website and web-based applications where required.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and hardware deployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency through technology.
- Work collaboratively with departments across our business to understand and deliver IT solutions.
- Support our business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

We are a growing business entering an exciting period of change, and we are strengthening our IT function with a newly created hands-on IT Manager role. This is a broad and varied opportunity with exposure to infrastructure, business systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects. You will work within a small team and report to our Head of IT & Facilities, who is keen to mentor and develop the successful candidate. Requirements
- Several years of experience in an IT support, systems, or infrastructure role.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience working with Windows desktop and server environments.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practice.
- Experience supporting ERP systems such as Sage, Oracle, or similar.
- Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experience working alongside third-party IT providers.
- Experience supporting IT projects and system implementations.
