Job description
- Assess and improve Salesforce, designing smarter workflows, automation and scalable processes across Sales and Customer Success.
- Build and optimise automation to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency and enhance the user experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical CRM solutions and best practice.
- Create clear dashboards and reporting that provide meaningful commercial insights and support decision making.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of commercial systems, including Salesforce, Intercom, Gong and AI-driven tools.
- Champion system adoption by educating users, improving processes and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Salesforce, including workflow automation, Flow Builder and process optimisation.
- Experience delivering CRM, Sales Operations or commercial transformation projects.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success and Operations.
- Experience working with integration tools or APIs to improve system connectivity and data flow.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom or Gong within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced software or SaaS business where continuous improvement and automation are key.

This role requires the successful candidate to work from either our Loughborough or London office three days per week

You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and enjoy partnering with the business to drive change, improve adoption, and deliver scalable solutions.
