The Role As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across a variety of enterprise projects.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Building intuitive user experiences using UI Builder, Next Experience and Service Portal.
- Creating integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP and IntegrationHub.
- Developing custom functionality using JavaScript, Glide API and Flow Designer.
- Supporting workflow automation and platform enhancements.
- Working alongside consultants, architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshooting issues and continuously improving platform performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Commercial experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Glide API and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern ServiceNow development best practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms and APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within collaborative delivery teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
