About the role:

As an Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in the administration, maintenance, integration and continuous improvement of the Company's internal business systems. You will act as a key point of contact for application-related queries, helping to ensure support requests and issues are managed effectively to support operational efficiency and enhance both the client and employee experience at Attivo.

Working closely with the wider Applications Support team, you will support the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of business systems through system administration, testing, user guidance and documentation. You will also help maintain the integrity, usability and accuracy of our systems, contributing to process improvements and ensuring data remains consistent across the application landscape.

You will monitor, prioritise and manage the support queue, ensuring incidents, service requests and user queries are progressed efficiently, resolved within agreed service levels and that users are kept informed throughout., * Provide effective day-to-day application support, ensuring incidents, service requests, and user queries are resolved within agreed SLAs.

  • Monitor and support key integrations with external providers, including employee onboarding and valuation support processes, escalating issues where .

  • Maintain system administration activities, including user access management, data integrity, and adherence to security best practices.

  • Monitor, prioritise, and manage the support queue, ensuring tickets are progressed efficiently and users are kept informed.

  • Work closely with the wider Applications team to support system testing, configuration changes, releases, and Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.

  • Build effective relationships with business users and stakeholders to improve system adoption, usability, and customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including support procedures, knowledge articles, and operational processes.

Requirements

You are a technically minded, customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and a desire to learn new systems and applications. You have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently, while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.

With strong technical aptitude, you are comfortable supporting applications, maintaining data integrity and helping to ensure systems operate effectively to meet business needs. You understand the importance of user access management, accurate system administration and adherence to security best practices. You have a genuine interest in business systems, automation and technology, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality and deliver a better user experience. Experience with Intelliflo Office, Microsoft Power Platform, system integrations or Financial Services applications would be advantageous but is not essential.

You will be confident managing multiple priorities, building positive working relationships with internal users and external suppliers, and communicating clearly with colleagues across the business whilst consistently delivering a high standard of customer support., * Strong technical competence, with an eagerness to learn new systems and technologies

  • Good working knowledge of business applications and system administration

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience of working within Financial Services

  • Experience supporting or administrating Intelliflo Office

  • Experience support business system implementation or change initiatives

  • Knowledge of Document Designer (Intelliflo Office)

  • Basic database knowledge and reporting experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate

  • Awareness of RPA and AI technologies and their business application

  • Experience supporting system integrations and third-party applications
