Job description
- Support customer Wi-Fi and network environments
- Troubleshoot access points, SSIDs, VLANs, and connectivity issues
- Work across wired and wireless network support
- Support customer sites across London
- Assist with deployments, upgrades, and site changes
- Work closely with senior engineers on escalations
- Gain exposure to wider infrastructure, connectivity, and MSP environments

Requirements
- Strong foundation across networking
- Comfortable with Wi-Fi and wireless troubleshooting
- Experience with Wi-Fi troubleshooting, access points, SSIDs, signal issues, and roaming
- Experience with Aruba, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, or similar wireless platforms
- Knowledge of VLANs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and basic routing
- Experience with switches, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity support
- Customer-facing support experience
- Background in an MSP, NOC, field engineering, or network support environment
- Confidence troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues and explaining thought processes clearly

This is a permanent role based in London, with a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
