Job description

We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill various roles support engineer team, rresponsible for managing and supporting end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, and core IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, and efficient IT operations across the organization, * Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

  • Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning)
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Manage Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access
  • Manage Intune / Endpoint Manager for device compliance and deployment
  • Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and file services
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and changes via ITSM tools
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit evidence
  • Support IT projects and deployments

Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Manager /SharePoint/ Exchange / PowerShell (preferred)
  • Windows OS and Office Suite / End Point Central
  • ITSM Tools (Basic)
  • Basic networking knowledge

Experience:

  • 3-8+ years in IT Infrastructure / EUC with experience in large enterprise M365 environments.

Essential Certification:

  • Microsoft / M365 Certification (preferred)
