Job description
We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill various roles support engineer team, rresponsible for managing and supporting end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, and core IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, and efficient IT operations across the organization, * Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning)
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access
- Manage Intune / Endpoint Manager for device compliance and deployment
- Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and file services
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes via ITSM tools
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit evidence
- Support IT projects and deployments
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Manager /SharePoint/ Exchange / PowerShell (preferred)
- Windows OS and Office Suite / End Point Central
- ITSM Tools (Basic)
- Basic networking knowledge
Experience:
- 3-8+ years in IT Infrastructure / EUC with experience in large enterprise M365 environments.

Essential Certification:
- Microsoft / M365 Certification (preferred)
