Extensive experience in conducting user acceptance testing for applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering high-quality stable solutions.

Advanced skills in Scripting and programming languages, such as Bash and Python.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Deliver technical assurance to the technical leadership team, including the Lead Technical Architect and Lead DevOps Engineer, empowering informed strategic decision-making.

In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework, along with hands-on experience managing high-risk changes and incident management.

Demonstrates a proactive commitment to team responsibilities, recognising that participation in the team's out-of-hours support roster is an essential and mandatory aspect of the role.

Experience with CI/CD development processes and IT automation tools, such as Ansible.
