Job description

You'll take ownership of migrating complex customer data into the platform, transforming, validating, and troubleshooting data as it moves, using established frameworks and processes. You'll start with support and review from senior engineers, becoming increasingly self-sufficient as you build confidence with the migration types and tooling. Where needed, you'll join customer calls to explain technical points and support delivery, and you'll help shape the process itself by feeding back edge cases, documentation gaps, and practical improvements to the wider team., This team operates with high trust and high autonomy, you'll be given genuine ownership over your work. In return, it's a culture that values accountability and taking real responsibility for outcomes, rather than close oversight or rigid process-checking.

Requirements

This is a role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys structured, process-driven work: detail-oriented, methodical, and happy in a stable delivery-focused position., 2-4 years' experience Previous exposure to customer-facing technical work or integration-heavy environments Strong Python skills Confidence working with AWS, particularly DynamoDB, S3, containers, and ECS Working knowledge of SQL Comfortable reading documentation and integrating with unfamiliar external systems/APIs Highly detail-oriented, risk-aware, and diligent, someone who checks things thoroughly rather than cutting corners
