Job description

We're recruiting three Curriculum Support Administrator Apprentices to join our busy and supportive College team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable business and administration skills while supporting students, teaching staff and curriculum teams across the College. Based on the Curriculum Support Administrator role profile, apprentices will support attendance monitoring and tracking, including helping curriculum teams to identify gaps, update records, follow up attendance concerns and maintain accurate tracking information. They will also support student records, communications, meetings, events and a range of day-to-day administrative processes.

What you will do

  • Support curriculum teams with day-to-day administration.

  • Maintain student records, databases and tracking systems.

  • Support curriculum teams with attendance tracking, monitoring and follow-up processes, helping to ensure records are accurate and concerns are escalated appropriately.

  • Prepare letters, emails and other communications.

  • Support meetings, events, enrolment and student activities.

  • Produce reports, spreadsheets and administrative documentation.

  • Work with staff, students, parents/carers and external stakeholders.

Requirements

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who:

  • Are organised and detail-oriented.

  • Have good communication and customer service skills.

  • Are confident using IT or willing to learn.

  • Can manage their time effectively and work as part of a team.

  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

  • Want to build a career in business administration., If you do not already hold a GCSE Grade 4/C (or above) in English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification, you will be supported to achieve the required Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship.
