Job description
We are partnering with an established Odoo implementation partner to find a Support / AMS Analyst who enjoys being the trusted first point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers. This is a role for someone who likes variety: one ticket might be a quick configuration tweak in Accounting, the next a workflow question in Inventory or Sales, and the next a deeper investigation into why a customisation is behaving unexpectedly. With Odoo demand across the UK continuing to climb through 2026, the AMS team is growing and this is a genuine opportunity to build a long-term support career on a modern, fast-moving ERP., You will own and manage your own ticket queue, triaging incoming requests, setting expectations with customers and resolving issues against agreed SLAs. Day to day you will diagnose functional and light technical issues across core Odoo modules, apply configuration changes, reproduce and document bugs for the development team, and write clear guidance so customers get more from the platform. You will also spot recurring pain points and feed them back as improvement or upsell opportunities, keeping the relationship healthy long after go-live.
Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you have hands-on experience supporting or configuring Odoo, or a comparable ERP, in a customer-facing role, with a solid grasp of at least a few core modules and how business processes map onto them. Confidence configuring two or more modules (Accounting and Inventory are especially valued) and the ability to read basic Python and XML to understand how customisations behave will set you apart. Exposure to Odoo Studio, basic SQL, or any AMS or service-desk background is a real advantage. Just as important are strong communication skills, a methodical approach to troubleshooting and the self-discipline to manage a busy queue calmly.
Benefits & conditions
A permanent role with a supportive, product-focused team, hybrid working built around a sensible Southampton commute, a performance bonus, structured Odoo training and certification, and a clear progression path towards senior support, functional consulting or technical specialisms. You will join at a point of real growth, with the backing to develop your Odoo expertise and the variety to keep the work interesting.
