Requirements
- We are looking for a Senior SDET with deep automation experience, including designing frameworks from scratch.
- We need strong coding ability in C# or JavaScript/TypeScript, with an emphasis on clean, readable, production-quality code.
- We value proven experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
- We require a strong understanding of CI/CD, engineering maturity, and delivery quality.
- We prefer experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
- We want a track record of improving team capability, not only individual output.
- We need a confident communicator who can work effectively with engineers and senior stakeholders.
- We value someone who anticipates risks before they become issues.
- Banking or financial services experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience with Playwright and Selenium at scale is important.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline design and optimisation is beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, API testing, and integration testing is valuable.
About the company
We are Loupe Testware, building a quality engineering team from the ground up for a major private banking institution on a significant engineering transformation programme. We are growing to around 15 hires over the next 6 to 12 months, structured into squads, and we offer genuine influence from day one, a clear pathway into lead and principal engineering roles, and opportunities for squad leadership as the function scales.
