Job description
This position is primarily in-house but does require on site visits when necessary to troubleshoot, assess, or establishing relationships.
· Full network analysis
· Remote network security & support
· Troubleshooting & repair
· Hardware & software upgrades
· Network upgrades
· Patch panel terminations
· Equipment integrations
· Facilitation
· Coordination
· Prioritization
· Hardware installs: VOIP systems, W.A.P., keycard access, video surveillance, blueprint plotters, computers, monitors, laptops
· Obtain competitive pricing
· Assembling detailed invoices
· Customer procurement
Shift:
· This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Requirements
· An Associate degree in IT or further education related to the computer/technical field is required.
· A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of an Associate degree.
· Previous help desk or related troubleshooting experience is preferred.
· Strong customer service skills are essential.
· Ability to work independently and effectively manage a schedule/workload.
