Job description

  • Manage and support CRM platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot software issues related to CRM systems, and other enterprise applications
  • Implement system updates
  • Oversee system administration tasks including Active Directory management, server backup and recovery, storage management, and system tuning
  • Collaborate on solution architecture design for new features or system enhancements within service-oriented architecture (SOA) frameworks
  • Maintain security protocols by managing firewalls, VPNs, DNS configurations, and information security measures across systems
