IT System/Data Analyst (Consultant)

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems/Data Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise customer data ecosystem, with a strong focus on Data Quality Management Applications: Informatica Master Data platforms and Salesforce CRM platforms. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and data governance functions to ensure high-quality customer data, effective business processes, and successful delivery of CRM and Data Quality Management initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience working with customer data and business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Client Data Quality collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analysis for system enhancements and data initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical teams to align requirements and solutions.
• Analyze data quality issues and work with business and technical teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Assist in defining and monitoring client data quality KPIs and governance controls.
• Support data integration, migration, and synchronization efforts between Salesforce, MDM, and downstream systems.
• Participate in analysis of matching rules, data standardization, deduplication, and data remediation activities.
• Analyze Client data flow processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and user adoption.
• Monitor data quality and integrity within Informatica MDM and Salesforce CRM.

Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
