Job description
We're looking for someone who blends sharp technical design with the finesse of a trusted advisor. In this role, you'll wear both your architect and consultant hats-crafting smart, scalable integrations in Adobe Workfront Fusion while partnering closely with stakeholders to turn complex business needs into automated magic.
You'll guide teams through best practices in consulting and solution design, keeping conversations clear, outcomes focused, and systems running smoothly. The Work:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Fusion scenarios that integrate Adobe Workfront with third-party systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Jira, Slack, Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into scalable Fusion automations that reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy
- Collaborate with Workfront solution architects and consultants to define optimal Fusion-based solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion scenarios for reliability and performance
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and technical discovery workshops
- Document integration logic, workflows, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards in all integrations
- Support user training and onboarding for Fusion workflows
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to Perform unit testing, system testing, and regression testing for Fusion scenarios; ensure data integrity and error handling.
- Keep up with Workfront releases and Fusion enhancements to continuously evolve your toolkit.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 year of experience as a team member or lead on marketing technology implementation projects
- A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Workfront Fusion workflows and automations
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with APIs, JSON, REST, and data mapping principles
- A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing Workfront integrations across Adobe and third-party platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Bonus points if:
- Adobe certifications or Fusion/Workfront credentials
- Experience with advanced Fusion scenario error handling and conditional logic
- Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Marketo, AEM)
- Experience supporting marketing operations, creative workflows, or digital campaign execution
- Consulting background with client-facing implementation or support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
