  • Use AI agents to assist with coding, testing, refactoring, and debugging
  • Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness and maintainability
  • Improve performance, reliability, and observability of existing systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Continuously evaluate and improve your AI-assisted development workflow, We love our employees, and we show it. Our benefits and perks are built to support your overall wellbeing-at work and beyond. Offerings vary by country.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience shipping production software
  • Experience building or contributing to cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or similar)
  • Understanding of service-based or microservices architectures
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
  • Experience with Docker (or similar), CI/CD pipelines, and Git
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

We are not optimizing for a specific programming language. We care more about your system understanding and engineering judgment.

AI Expectations

You don't need you to have built your own agent framework - but you should:

  • Actively use AI coding assistants in your day-to-day development
  • Be able to explain how you validate AI-generated outputs
  • Have experimented with running multiple agents or workflows in parallel
  • Understand when not to rely on AI
  • Be thoughtful about code quality, security, and edge cases

We're interested in how you think about leverage, not just how fast you type.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working on high-availability SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka or similar)
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code
  • Exposure to observability tools (monitoring, tracing, alerting)
  • Experience integrating AI services or APIs into applications
