Job description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of API and integration programs.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive Agile delivery, release planning, and program governance.
- Ensure API security, scalability, performance, and compliance best practices.
- Track program milestones, metrics, and executive status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years as a Technical Program Manager.
- Prior hands-on experience with API development or API platform engineering.
- Experience with one or more API Management platforms:
- Apigee
- MuleSoft
- Kong
- AWS API Gateway
- API Management
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, OAuth2, JWT, OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Financial Services or FinTech experience.
- Exposure to Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
