Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform.
Implement and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
Design and develop workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Work on RMI-related integrations or remote management solutions, ensuring seamless communication between ServiceNow and external systems.
Develop and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management solutions.
Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.

Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development.
JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, Flow Designer.
REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, IntegrationHub.
Experience with RMI or remote system integration (if required by the organization).
Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
CIS certifications (ITSM, Discovery, or other modules) are an added advantage.
